This article will show you how to add a Question to an existing Assessment.
If an assessment is being used on a published requisition, changes to the assessment will not affect the requisition. In order for the changes to take effect, you must republish the requisition.
- Select Assessments on the left-hand side of the screen
- Select the desired assessment
- Click Create New Question
- Select your desired question type
- Fill in Question Type fields (will vary by type)
- View the Preview for any question type
- Select Save Changes
- Note: A preview is available to the right of every option.
