Who can use this feature?
You can copy candidates from one requisition to another by using the Bulk Action: Copy Selected.
When you copy a candidate it creates a direct replica of the candidate under that requisition. Their name, personal contact information, and the application will be exactly the same. You may wish to check if a candidate has more than one application and copy their most recent one.
When you copy a candidate, the time the application was submitted is also copied. This is how you can tell how old an application is. For example, if you copy an application that was submitted on 3/22, the copy will show as being from 3/22. The log will tell you when someone was copied.
- The copy does not include assessment scores. All candidates are required to fill out the same application for a requisition, including the assessments. This creates fairness for scoring. When a candidate is copied, they did not fill out the assessments that belong to the receiving requisition. However, an administrator can override the overall rating.
- Navigate to Candidates
- Select applicable candidate(s) using the checkbox
- Under Bulk Actions, choose Copy Selected
- Choose a Requisition
- Click Copy
