Add a Task for Onboarding Workflow Templates

 

Overview

Workflow Templates are where you create and assign particular tasks to a jobs onboarding plan.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Workflow Templates

  2. Select a Job Template from the drop-down list

  3. Select the applicable tab (New Hire Tasks, HR Workflow, or Civil Service Approved)

  4. Click New Task

  5. Fill in Workflow Information
    add_a_task_for_onboarding_fill_in_workflow_information.jpg
    • Workflow: Auto-populates based on tab selection
    • Title: Create a task name
    • Description: Describe the task
    • Agents: Add agents after you save
  6. Click Save Task

  7. Select an Agent from the drop-down list

  8. Click Add New Agent
    add_a_task_for_onboarding_add_new_agent.jpg
  9. Continue to add as many agents as necessary
  10. Click Save Task again
