Overview
As a supervisor, you will be required to add feedback for your employees at multiple milestones throughout the year.
Instructions
- Navigate to Manage Reviews
- Click on a review
- Select a factor to add feedback to
- Click on an item
- Add feedback in the feedback text box
- Feedback Date: Date of feedback entry
- Print On Review: Add the date to the review the employee can see
- Feedback: Add feedback
- Note: A timeline of feedback entries will display in the box at the bottom.
- Select Save Feedback
- Note: Add general feedback notes under Performance Notes
- Note: Add general feedback notes under Performance Notes
- Select Review Dates at the top
- Select milestone as complete
- Note: This will stop reminder notifications until the next milestone is due.
