Create an Onboarding Plan Schedule

 

Overview

This article will show you how to create an Onboarding Plan Schedule.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Employees tab

  2. Locate and select the employee that needs onboarding

  3. Select Onboarding Plans tab
    create_an_onboarding_plan_schedule_onboarding_plans.jpg
  4. Click Create Onboarding Plan

  5. Complete the fields prompted
    create_an_onboarding_plan_schedule_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • Plan Type: Select what type of plan is going to be used
    • Plan Start Date: Mark when the employee's first day will be
    • Plan Name: Name the plan, it is recommended to have it including the employee's name and related to onboarding
    • Plan Complete: Check this field when the employee has completed the plan
  6. Click Save
