Who can use this feature?
When a user has tried to login with the incorrect password more than 3 times, they will be locked out of the system. These are the steps that you should take when a user reports that they have been locked out.
- If your account is locked, please contact your System Administrator to unlock it for you.
- Candidates are not locked out of their account by typing their password too many times. This only affects users listed under Employees.
- Navigate to Employees
- Click on the Employee who is locked out
- Select Unlock Account
- The user account is unlocked
