Introduction to Feedback Milestones

Overview

Feedback Milestones are a way to initiate a dialogue between supervisors and their employees throughout the review cycle. They are periodic check-ins to remind supervisors to mentor and coach their employees and to put notes in the reviews.

 

Important Note 

  • A feedback milestone will generate emails to the supervisor before, after, and on the milestone date.
