Overview
This article will show you how to evaluate a review.
Instructions
- Navigate to Manage Reviews
- Select the employee you want to evaluate
- Note: Review must be Open and Ready To Evaluate.

- Select a factor on any tab to evaluate
- To evaluate, select a rating on the evaluation slider
- Note: Sub-competencies may exist within the main competency. You will need to evaluate each sub-competency with the sliding evaluation scales. As you drag the sliders, feedback coaching will appear below the sub-competency. This is to help you evaluate yourself and to form good comments. The plus button can be used to pre-populate your comments. Click the button to add the comments from the feedback coach to the feedback area.

- Select Save Evaluation
- Note: If you have enabled Minimum/Maximum Threshold for Evaluation Scores, you will be required to enter Feedback.
- Enter feedback in the text box
- Select Save Feedback
- Exit pop-up and change Review Status to Completed or Route for Approval
- Note: Review Status is dependent on your organization's process.
- Select Save Details
