Troubleshooting Slow CivicHR Speed

Overview

If you are experience slowness on your CivicHR solution, please email our support team with the answers to the following:

  • What browser do you experience this in?
  • What device are you using (PC, Tablet, Laptop, etc)?
  • What Operating System runs on your computer?
  • Is your computer using a 32 or 64-bit processor?
  • How much RAM (Random Access Memory) is in your computer?
  • What module do you experience this in (i.e. Candidates, Requisitions, etc)?
  • Is there a certain item in your module that's slower than the rest (i.e. a specific candidate or a certain requisition etc)?
  • Does this seem to happen every day or only certain days?
  • Does this only happen at certain times of the day or occur more frequently in a certain time-span?
