Source Tables

Overview

Source Tables can adjust items in the drop-downs in Job Management. These values share across all CivicHR products that you use. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select the Lists tab

  3. Click on any Create button for easy and quick creation options: 
    • Create Pay Range:
      1. Click on Create Pay Range

      2. Enter a Pay Rate From: and Pay Rate To:

      3. Select Save Pay Rate

    • Create New Job Classification:
      1. Click on Create New Job Classification

      2. Enter a description

      3. Select Save Job Classification

    • Create New Pay Status:
      1. Click Create New Pay Status

      2. Enter a description

      3. Select Save Pay Status

    • Create New Pay Basis:
      1. Click Create New Pay Basis
      2. Enter a description

      3. Select Save Pay Basis
    • Create New Pay Frequency:
      1. Click Create New Pay Frequency
      2. Enter a description

      3. Select Save Pay Frequency

  4. Select the trash can icon next to any item to delete the item

    • Note: Select OK to the Are you sure you want to delete this Record? prompt
  5. Select Save Settings
