Create a Division

Overview 

This article will show you how to create a Division.

Important Note

Any changes made in Settings will change the settings in Applicant Tracking System, Onboarding, and Performance Management.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab

  2. Select Lists > Job Lists > Divisions

  3. Click Create Division
    HR_ATS_CreateDivision.png
  4. Create the Division Name
    HR_ATS_DivisionName.png
  5. Click Save Division
    HR_ATS_SaveDivision.png
  6. Click Save Settings
    HR_ATS_SaveSettings.png
