EEO-4 Report

Overview

The EEO-4 Report helps fill out the EEO-4 report that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires. Since the Applicant Tracking system only includes new hire information, this report only covers section D-1. This is all full-time employees hired during the fiscal year, even if they were terminated before the end of that fiscal year. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reporting

  2. Select Compliance Reports

  4. In the Filter by Date Range filter, input From and To Dates

  5. Click Run Report

  6. View the report below

  7. Utilize the toolbar functions
    toolbar.png
    • Export to the selected format: Choose a format for export
      • Acrobat (PDF) file
      • CSV (comma delimited)
      • Excel 1997-2003
      • Rich Text Format
      • Tiff file
      • Web Archive
    • Refresh: Click to manually update the report
    • Switch to print preview: Click to view what the report will look like when you print it out
    • Print: Click to print the report
