Overview 

This article will tell you how to remove the Self-Evaluations feature in Performance Management.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Settings
   
   
   
2. Select Review Settings
   
   
   
3. Select the General Settings tab
   
   
   
4. Under Review Feedback Settings, uncheck Allow Employee Self Evaluation
   
   
   • Note: This will remove the ability for employees to complete self-evaluations.
     
     
5. Click Save Settings at the top of the page
