Assign a User Role

Overview 

This article will show you how to assign a Role to a user.

Instructions 

  1. Navigate to Employees
    assign_a_user_role_employees.jpg
  2. Select the employee you would like to assign a role to

  3. Select the Roles tab
    assign_a_user_role_roles.jpg
  4. Check the role you would like them to have
    assign_a_user_role_select_role.jpg
    • Search: If needed, search for the role
      • Note: You can search for keywords in either the Name and/or the Description.
  5. Select Save Employee
    assign_a_user_role_save_employee.jpg
