Overview

There may be instances where you would like to advertise a requisition or job posting using CivicHR but do not want to collect applications. For instance, if you are using a third party to source applications, using a state-based merit system, need to collect a testing fee first, or if candidates need to finish a testing process before applying.

You can turn on a setting that allows you to have your Apply Now button redirects to a link outside of CivicHR. This setting allows you to override the Apply Now button on a per requisition basis.

Important Note

Ensure the setting is checked for external applications.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Requisitions tab
   
2. Select your requisition; it must be In Progress or Published
   
   
3. Enter a full URL in the External Job Link box found in the bottom right-hand corner
   
4. Select Save at the top of the page
