Set Up Shared Appraisers

Overview

This article will show you how to set up Shared Appraisers for an employee.

Important Note

Shared Appraiser order does not matter. All shared appraisers are expected to evaluate the review before it can be completed or routed for approval.

Shared Appraisers must be marked as Supervisors in their employee profile.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Employees

  2. Select an employee

  3. Select the Workflow Setup tab

    • Note: The main supervisor will already appear under Appraiser Setup. You do not need to select them. They are already required to evaluate the review.
  4. Click Edit under Appraiser Setup

  5. Filter by department or search by name to find appraisers

  6. Select the desired user and click the Right arrow to move them into the right-hand column

    • Note: Everyone in the right-hand column will be set as a shared appraiser. Move individuals back and forth until you have the correct selection.

    • Note: Shared Appraiser order does not matter. All shared appraisers are expected to evaluate the review before it can be completed or routed for approval.
  7. Click Save

    • Note: Shared Appraisers are now set up.
