Overview
Shared Appraisers are a way to have multiple evaluators on a review. For example, you may have an individual who is on a rotating shift and thus needs to have multiple evaluators on a review.
The Main Supervisor and each Shared Appraiser will each have an equal opportunity to evaluate. Their ratings average together for an overall weighting. The review cannot be completed until the supervisor and all shared appraisers are finished.
Shared Appraisers are set up on the employee record. When a change is made, any current or future review will update from these settings. Additionally, any newly created review will pull from here as well.
