Scoring Systems


Overall Rating


The Overall Rating by default is set to the Assessment Score.

For example, if the candidate receives 80% on their assessment, this would be converted to 4 stars. The hiring manager ratings do not roll up to the overall score. 

Administrators can override the rating at any time. For example, if a candidate received a perfect assessment score of 100%, but then failed the interview, an administrator can override the overall rating to 1 star.
