Edit a Tab with Weights in a Job

Overview

When you create a Job, there are flexible Text Field Tabs and Tabs with Weight. Tabs with weights allow you to create a list of items or tasks and weight them accordingly.

This article will show you how to edit a tab with weights in a Job. That may mean adding job duties, job tasks, etc.

Important Note

Tab names, in a Job, are personally configurable. Your system names may differ from the example below. To edit a header, view our article Edit a Job Description Header.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Job Management on the left-hand side
    add_job_application_special_instructions_job_management.jpg
  2. Select the Job that you want to add a Job Description to

  3. Navigate to a tab with weights
    edit_a_tab_with_weights_essential_functions_tab.jpg
  4. Click New Item
    edit_a_tab_with_weights_new_essential_functions.jpg
  5. Fill in fields
    edit_a_tab_with_weights_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • Weight: Add a weight
    • Description: Briefly describe the item
  6. Click Save Item

  7. Click Save Job Information
