Add New Job Knowledge

 

Overview

This article will show you how to add Job Knowledge to a Category in your Library.

The Library is where you can find the full list of your evaluation components categorized by sections. The names for these sections can be changed under Settings, so the examples below may differ. View our article Modify Sections and Descriptions to see how to modify settings.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Library
    add_new_library_competency_library.jpg
  2. Select your Core Values Library Category 
    add_new_library_competency_select_category.jpg
  3. Select your Core Values Category
    assign_a_competency_to_a_job_select_a_category.jpg
  4. Click Add to Core Values Category at the bottom of the page
    add_new_job_knowledge_add_to_core_values_category.jpg
  5. Fill in Job Knowledge fields
    add_new_job_knowledge_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • Weight: Add a numerical weight
    • Description: Describe the Knowledge
  6. Click Save Job Knowledge
    add_new_job_knowledge_save_core_values.jpg
  7. If desired, Assign a Job to Job Knowledge
