Assign a Competency to a Job

 

Overview

This article will show you how to assign Competencies to a Job

The Library is where you can find the full list of your evaluation components categorized by sections. View our article Review Sections and Descriptions to see how to modify settings.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Library
    Library__1_.png
  2. Select the Initiative library category
    Select_Library_Category_2.png
  3. Select your desired Initiative category
    Select_Initiative_Category.png
  4. Select the Competency you want to add a sub-competency to
    Select_Competency.png
  5. Navigate to the Competency Jobs tab
    Competency_Jobs.png
  6. Select a Job Title from the dropdown
    Select_a_Job_Title.png
  7. Click Assign Competency to Job
    Assign_Competency_to_Job.png
  8. View your assigned job(s) under Currently Assigned To
    Currently_Assigned_To_2.png
  9. Click Save Competency
    Save_Competency_3.png
