This article will show you how to assign Competencies to a Job.
The Library is where you can find the full list of your evaluation components categorized by sections. View our article Modify Sections and Descriptions to see how to modify settings.
- Navigate to Library
- Select the Initiative library category
- Select your desired Initiative category
- Select the Competency you want to add a sub-competency to
- Note: The option to add sub-competencies will not appear unless Subcompetencies are turned on in your CivicHR system. Contact support for additional assistance.
- Navigate to the Competency Jobs tab
- Select a Job Title from the dropdown
- Click Assign Competency to Job
- View your assigned job(s) under Currently Assigned To
- Click Save Competency
