Set Up Job Board Integrations

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to set up Job Board Integrations. Once you set these up, you can automatically post jobs/requisitions to Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Twitter. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Job Board Integrations

  3. Choose a social media site you would like to authorize
    • Facebook

      • Sign into Facebook
      • Select organization page
      • Optional: Upload a photo
      • Note: You must be the administrator of the page and have rights to post. CivicHR only posts to Facebook Pages, not individual timelines. If you have trouble posting, make sure you have administrator rights to at least one page.
    • Twitter

      • Sign into Twitter
    • LinkedIn
      set_up_job_board_integrations_linkedin.jpg
      • Sign in to LinkedIn
      • Optional: Upload a photo
      • Note: If you want to use LinkedIn, please email CivicPlus Support.
    • Job Board Integration
      set_up_job_board_integrations_job_boards.jpg
      • Include Job Postings on Indeed? Select the checkbox to include job postings on Indeed
  4. Select Save Settings

Note: If you create a requisition and immediately publish it, the requisition will repost automatically to the social media site(s). If the publishing date is in the future, you will need to manually repost to the social media site(s).
