Setup Job Board Integrations

 

Overview

This article will show you how to setup Job Board Integrations. Once you set these up, you can automatically post jobs/requisitions to Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Twitter.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Job Board Integrations

  3. Choose a social media site you would like to authorize
    • Facebook
      Facebook_integration.png
      • Sign into Facebook
      • Select organization page
      • Optional: Upload a photo
      • Note: You must be the administrator of the page and have rights to post. CivicHR only posts to Facebook Pages, not individual timelines. If you have trouble posting, make sure you have administrator rights to at least one page.
    • Twitter
      Twitter_integration.png
      • Sign into Twitter
    • LinkedIn
      LinkedIn_integration.png
      • Sign into LinkedIn
      • Optional: Upload a photo
      • Note: If you want to use LinkedIn, please email CivicPlus Support.
    • Job Board Integration
      Job_board_integration.png
      • Include Job Postings on Indeed? Select checkbox to include job postings on Indeed
  4. Select Save Settings

Note: If you create a requisition and immediately publish it, the requisition will repost automatically to the social media site(s). If the publishing date is in the future, you will need to manually repost to the social media site(s).
