Upload a Job Description

 

Overview

This article will show you how to upload a full job description using the Document Manager. This will insert a link to the full job description in the job listing.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Job Management
    Click_Job_Management.png
  2. Select the Job that you want to upload a full Job Description to
    Select_the_desired_Job.png
  3. Select the Additional Information tab
    Click_Additional_Information.png
  4. Click Document Manager
    Select_Document_Manager.png
  5. Click Upload
    Select_Upload.png
  6. Click Select
    Click_Select.png
    • Overwite if file exists?: Overwrite a previously uploaded file with the same name
      Overwrite_the_file.png
  7. Find the document on your computer and click Open
    Find_the_file_and_click_Open.png
  8. Click Upload
    Click_Upload.png
  9. Select the uploaded Job Description
    Select_the_uploaded_file.png
  10. Complete the fields
    Complete_the_fields.png
    • Link Text: The text for the link
    • Target: Select whether the link opens in the same or a new window
    • Tooltip: The hover text for the link
    • CSS Class: Select a CSS Class
  11. Click Insert
    Click_Insert.png
  12. View the link
    View_Link_in_Text.png
  13. Click Save Job Information
    Click_Save_Job_Information.png
