Overview
This article will show you how to upload a full job description using the Document Manager. This will insert a link to the full job description in the job listing.
Instructions
- Navigate to Job Management
- Select the Job that you want to upload a full Job Description to
- Select the Additional Information tab
- Click Document Manager
- Click Upload
- Click Select
- Overwite if file exists?: Overwrite a previously uploaded file with the same name
- Overwite if file exists?: Overwrite a previously uploaded file with the same name
- Find the document on your computer and click Open
- Click Upload
- Select the uploaded Job Description
- Complete the fields
- Link Text: The text for the link
- Target: Select whether the link opens in the same or a new window
- Tooltip: The hover text for the link
- CSS Class: Select a CSS Class
- Click Insert
- View the link
- Click Save Job Information
