Upload a Job Description

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to upload a full job description using the Document Manager. This will insert a link to the full job description in the job listing.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Job Management
    add_job_application_special_instructions_job_management.jpg
  2. Select the Job that you want to upload a full Job Description to

  3. Select the Additional Information tab
    upload_a_job_description_additional_information.jpg
  4. Click Document Manager
    upload_a_job_description_document_manager.jpg
  5. Click Upload
    upload_a_job_description_upload.jpg
  6. Click Select
    upload_a_job_description_select.jpg
    • Overwite if file exists?: Overwrite a previously uploaded file with the same name
      upload_a_job_description_overwrite_if_file_exists.jpg
  7. Find the document on your computer and click Open
    upload_a_job_description_select_document.jpg
  8. Click Upload
    upload_a_job_description_upload_document.jpg
  9. Select the uploaded Job Description
    upload_a_job_description_select_uploaded.jpg
  10. Complete the fields
    upload_a_job_description_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • Link Text: The text for the link
    • Target: Select whether the link opens in the same or a new window
    • Tooltip: The hover text for the link
    • CSS Class: Select a CSS Class
  11. Click Insert

  12. View the link
    upload_a_job_description_view_link.jpg
  13. Click Save Job Information
    upload_a_job_description_save_job_information.jpg
